Delete Account

Mobile App: VAKKA Temp & RH Concrete Sensor

In order to delete your user account (including your email address and password) for HGCR Technology's VAKKA Temp & RH Concrete Sensor mobile app, please follow the steps below:

​

  1. From Projects, click on Settings ("i") icon

  2. Click on "Delete User Account" link (bottom of screen)

  3. Click OK to confirm deletion of your account

  4. Check the email associated with your account and follow instructions to delete account by clicking on the provided link

  5. You will receive an confirmation email after your account has been deleted
